Moved from Brachypremna.

I made mistake on the determination of this crane fly. She is a Megistocera longipennis instead of Brachypremna. Like Brachypremna, Megistocera is essentially also a tropical genus and there is also only one species in USA. It has been recorded only in Texas and Florida. The male of this species has extremely long antennae about 5-6 times of its body length. I will move it to a new page and sorry about the erro. - Chen
