May be a pygmy grasshopper. Can swim very well as it jumped into the pool before being taken out. Hardware cloth for size comparison

OK, thanks for fixing the location info.
These crops are a little better. Please try to crop out as much of the useless background as possible. It makes your subject look very small.

the word "Florida" does not belong in the county field. ---> Land O' Lakes is a census-designated place in Pasco County, Florida, United States.

The website auto-filled out some things and I must have missed what exactly it did so apologies on the location
And for the cropping, the quality would have dropped so I kept it like that so the bug could be seen better but I can adjust it
