The yellow spots are larger on the abdomen of this wasp than was on a previous wasp photo I had submitted. Also the bottom tip is different.

this individual is male. that might explain why the tip of the abdomen it more blunt like you said

Not anything important...
The amount of yellow or the amount of black on the wasp depends on the temperature while it was pupating. Hotter temps means more yellow (like your wasp) and cooler temps means more black
