Believe this is a Western Conifer Seed Bug - they are all over the house lately (probably trying to find a good warm spot to hide out for the winter...)

Not an expert...
I would agree even though it is a little difficult to see the metatibia, it appears that tibial dilation is about the same internally and externally which seperates L. occidentalis from L. corculus.
