Size: body 10-12 mm
16-18 mm to wing tips. On sandy margin of pond. Tetrix is a guess based on similarity to this photo in the Guide.

Definitely helps
From this angle it's possible to see that the fastigium (between the eyes on top) doesn't stick out in front of the eyes, and is rather narrow.

This and Tetrix arenosus can look confusingly similar.

I would
suspect this of being Tetrix arenosus or Paratettix cucullatus, but I can't be absolutely certain without seeing a top view. The two are fairly similar in a lot of characters.
