Observed this little wasp in the riparian area of my park's namesake stream.

I see one tarsal claw larger than the other, or am I seeing things. If so, I offer the identification of

Larrini?
I was all set to call this a pompilid until I took a closer look. Pretty sure it is a crabronid wasp in the Larrini tribe, or something very closely related. ID to genus hinges on the "ocellar scars." Where most wasps have ocelli, Larrini have varying degrees of creases where the ocelli 'should' be.
