Assassin bug nymphs? - Euthyrhynchus floridanus

Assassin bug nymphs? - Euthyrhynchus floridanus
Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia, USA
September 20, 2008
Size: 1/2 inch long
I believe these are assassin bug nymphs, but I'm not sure--and certainly not sure of the genus or species. It was amazing to watch the smaller one carry the dead bumblebee all around the plant it was on with seeming little effort. Anyone with ID suggestions?

bee is Bombus perplexus

Not an ID...
... but to me they look like Florida Predatory Stink Bug nymphs, Euthyrhynchus floridanus.

Assassun bug nymphs?
Thanks for your suggestion, Carmen. But would there be Florida stink bugs in central Virginia?

Yes.
The species ranges pretty far north on the Atlantic seaboard, where maritime influences extend the range of what would 'normally' be southern species.
