Mason wasp.
This is a mason wasp in the family Vespidae, subfamily Eumeninae, probably genus Ancistrocerus. Might be Ancistrocerus antilope, but you should wait for Matthias Buck to comment. Also, an accurate indication of size of the specimen would help for all your images.
