Wasp Cocoons
I believe these are cocoons of a wasp (Braconid Wasp-Cotesia). They are parasites of caterpillars. Female wasps inject eggs into the cat's body, and the larvae feed and develope inside. Mature larvae bore out of the cat's body and spin a cocoon and then pupate. Your picture shows those cocoons on the cat's body.
