Size: body 1.3mm forewing 1mm
Caught at an outdoor light. I haven’t been able to find a key to Nearctic Eucoilinae so I tried Forshage & Nordlander’s European key. This one appears to key out to Ganaspini and then to Ganaspis but I could be quite wrong about that (esp. since the shape of the antennae don’t really fit with a comment here).

These things are really too small for me to get good focus stacks of but…
