That is, you mean that if you identify an insect, then I should move it to that species. OK, no problem. I know how to do that.
I somehow thought another expert should move it. I'm happy to do so though.

Just pulled out M.A. Peterson PNW Insects
and this appears to be Choristoneura rosaceana (Oblique-banded Leafroller). Or similar: which he lists as C. paranelela, C. fracttivana, or Pandemis limitata. Several Oregon records for C. rosaceana.
