C. Bartlett notes: "There is at least one undescribed Flatormenis in Arizona (and possibly 1 in California)."

No keys to species. It is likely that the genus needs revision.
They do little damage.

Flatormenis pseudomarginata (Muir, 1924) found in Puerto Rico.
