Albino sulphur
This could be an Albino clouded sulphur

my take
on it is that it looks like a female C. philodice. The shape of the wings (a bit rounded looking) and the gray scaling, along with the 'relatively' narrow dark band showing through all look more like a Clouded Sulphur. The width of the dark band is sort of "on the fence" though, since it varies some in both species.

Orange Sulphur maybe
Based on the black border, I'd say it's more likely to be an Orange Sulphur. But there's a slight chance it could be another (very unusual species altogether: I'm not familiar with Ontario butterflies.
