Size: 4mm
Looks like a small Agrilus species with a rainbow sheen.

Anthaxia quercata (Fabricius)
Hey Tom, this is a species of Anthaxia. I believe this one is an Anthaxia quercata female. Males of this species have a bright green face and more green on thier elytra.
