Maybe so
Hemiscolopendra marginata does look more likely, especially since I found this post that says Scolopendra viridis should have "tannish sides with the blue center." The specimen I found does not have tannish sides.

At the very least, I'll remove the suggested Scolopendra viridis from the title so it doesn't lead others astray.
