Moved from Ectobius.

Wood roach?
How big is it? It looks like the Ectobius wood roaches that are common in my area (Newton, Mass.), though its hind legs may be less spiny.

looks very much like Ectobius to me, too

Thanks guys
I had posted a roach earlier that was identified as Ectobius . It looked different to me. Now it occurs to me that it might be male and female (wings & wingless). Right track?

Dimorphism.
I think you are correct. I haven't spent that much time looking at this genus since it is adventive in North America and does not occur where I'm living now (Tucson).
