Wasp was Hoplisoides?
I think it is only Hoplisoides that takes membracids, but I could be wrong. Margarethe's description certainly fit that genus....

 
I'm was very dissapointed that
It dropped the prey, I wanted a photo of both of them.. small, with black and yellow stripes
