Found a bunch of these making webs near a dock (is that the right word) next to water (pond/lake)
Sorry about the it being blurry, I was curious as to what kind of spider this was...I've never seen one with that shape of head.

Maybe -
a long-jawed orbweaver, which like to make angled or horizontal webs near water... I might be seeing the long chelicerae (jaws) in this photo, but I'm not sure... Please wait for a spider expert to comment.
