Unknown aquatic insect - Anthopotamus

Unknown aquatic insect - Anthopotamus
Corning, Steuben County, New York, USA
November 10, 2023
Collected this as part of my daughter's biology project doing stream quality assessment. Thought it was a mayfly but the fringes on the cerci look more like odonata. Any help would be appreciated.

Moved
Moved from Mayflies.

Uknown aquatic insect
Could be an Anthopotamus nymph. The filamentous tails, the mandibles, somewhat stocky legs and the divided gills all point towards Anthopotamus.

Moved to Ephemeroptera for expert attention
Moved from ID Request.

I'm pretty sure it belongs here. Odonata don't have gills along the abdomen, and some mayfly naiads have fringed cerci. Roger, our mayfly expert, will quickly let us know if I'm wrong. :)
