Hi! This might be an Eastern
Hi! This might be an Eastern Tailed Blue. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_tailed-blue_butterfly I'm not an expert but it seems to match with a few sights. The males are a lot darker, seems like this would be a female. LOVELY shot!

I think the males are the blue ones and the females are darker and have less blue.
