Teleonemia sp.
This is a tingid of the genus Teleonemia. The picture is not clear enough, but going by host plant and location I'm inclined to think it's Teleonemia montigava. As far as I know, this species has only been recorded in California. Do you have any of the specimens you photographed? Or, would it be easy for you to find more of them that you could send to me for verification and to add to my records? If so, let me know so I can explain how and where to send them. I'll appreciate it.

Afraid not
I didn't collect any, and I live in Massachusetts. Please let me know if there is a particular detail that would confirm the ID that might be visible in one of my other shots. I have a few more, from somewhat different angles, but maybe not substantially clearer.
These shouldn't be too hard for
someone
to find more of--the host plant is common along the roadside at Zion.
