Size: 4 to 5mm
Taken on a short bush in an apartment complex. Not sure what type of Leaf hopper.

also sighted on tangerine plant
Found today mid-May on citrus - tangerine. Did not see others.

Siphonia acuta
An introduced species, found in CA; A. chloris is an eastern species.
