Not N. arabesca?
What makes this one N. crucifera and not N. arabesca? I thought those black "commas" on the abdomen dorsum were characteristic of N. arabesca. Also seen here on this otherwise plainly colored Neoscona arabesca : http://bugguide.net/node/view/1205105/bgimage

ID
I don't know the ID but there is some discussion here

Moved
Moved from Spotted Orbweavers.

The genus is Neoscona
We're still learning how to tell arabesca from crucifera :(

Location
Just curious - where in Camden County? I'm in Marlton.

...
Hey John, I'm in Voorhees just down the road from Marlton.

Cool!
We should be able to cover this area for bugs pretty good!

...
I've been trying all spring, summer and now into the fall! I've taken over 10,000 bug pictures this year alone, haha. Still, I find something new every time I go out looking (which is almost every day!).

PS: Obviously, they don't all end up on here, just the ones I need help id'ing.
