sorry to keep moving this image around. this burrow is very difficult to interpret - the issue is what appears to be an old, silken door on the left-hand side of the turret, which would make this a Promyrmekiaphila burrow. Promyrmekiaphila species are found in this area, and these spiders do sometimes make burrows that extend from the soil surface, like a turret. these burrows are typically covered with a trapdoor, but such doors are sometimes ripped from the burrow entrance.

alternatively, this could be Antrodiaetus riversi, also found in the area, and a turret builder. however, A. riversi never covers the turret with a door.

very tough call......
