Unknown cicada - Megatibicen cultriformis

Size: 1.5-2.0 inches
Please help me to identify this huge cicada I saw near Sedona, AZ. It looks like a Tibicen Resh, but it also looks like other species and Tibicen cicadas should not be in Arizona.

Tibicen cultriformis
A distinctively marked AZ species.
