Evergreen Bagworm - Thyridopteryx ephemeraeformis - Thyridopteryx ephemeraeformis

Evergreen Bagworm - Thyridopteryx ephemeraeformis - Thyridopteryx ephemeraeformis
Stafford, Stafford County, Virginia, USA
July 5, 2005

Yes, and Probably the Evergreen Bagworm.....
... Thyridopteryx ephemeraeformis ....judging by the largest amount of material used in making the case. However, I'm not really certain that case material is a sufficient character on which to base an ID.

Now that's a tongue twister....
Thanks Bob. I was so excited to finally get to see one.
