Dear Jane,

the dilated, flattened legs tell, that this bug nymph belongs in the family Coreidae, in which only for genera have such legs. Among those, only already identified immatures of the named genus resemble closely your bug.

Coreidae.
This is actually the nymph of a leaf-footed bug in the family Coreidae.
