I found these on Acacia at Cienega Creek near Tucson last weekend, and didn't know what they were. Now I do!

Well, first, there is no 'family' Cosmosalia (its a genus in a completely unrelated family, Cerambycidae). Great image of Gyascutus!

Beetle
I have no idea as to ID but check out similar specimens in family Cosmosalia.
