Female Myzinum sp.
This is a nice shot of a female tiphiid wasp in the genus Myzinum. They are parastic on the larvae of scarab beetles. Males look very different, being very slender, long-bodied, with an upturned "pseudostinger" on the tip of the abdomen. They also have much longer antennae than the females.
