Aeshna
Looks like a Darner of genus Aeshna. The only common member of that genus this late in the year is the Shadow Darner. One or two others can still be around in small numbers, e.g. Canada Darner. A view of the markings on the side of the thorax is helpful to determine species.

appendages look big
Should eliminate everything but Shadow and Lance-tipped and agree that Shadow is far more likely by now. Think the spots are too small for Lance-tipped as well.
