Wood Boring Beetle? - Agrilus walsinghami - Female

Was on chamisa. Definitely could fly. Doesn't look like most of the wood boring beetles I've seen here before but looking through photos on this site I thought it may be a different type of wood boring beetle.

Looks like a female Agrilus walsinghami. This species is usually found sitting on the top of Chrysothamnus bushes.
