Three Lined Roach/ Luridiblatta - Blattella asahinai

Three Lined Roach/ Luridiblatta - Blattella asahinai
Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio, USA
June 16, 2024
I googled it and it says its a three lined roach and not a pest/ hazard. Wanted to confirm, since all my sources found are from a few years ago. Do I just ask property management to reseal the doors/ windows? Or do i need to fumigate? Its a new place and id like to know before we move in officially

Moved from Cockroaches and Termites.

Quite unusual for it to be up this north. Probably hitched a ride on something
