Looks like a member of Limnephilidae, probably Pycnopsyche.

I have a better profile of this caddisfly.
Of the two species in Pycnopsyche, it looked most similar to Scabripennis.

 
Perhaps...
The markings do look similar to P. scabripennis, but there are about 16 species of Pycnopsyche in North America. One distribution record shows 5 species recorded in Michigan (antica, guttifera, lepida, scabripennis, and subfasciata).

Thanks Lloyd, I wasn't sure if there were any other recognized species as the bugguide taxonomy only listed two. I saw another shot of Pycnopsyche here on bugguide whose markings looked more similar to my shots than P. scabripennis, but it had no species listed.
