Flea beetle
Looks to me like a flea beetle Disonycha sp.

 
Chrysomelidae, but not flea beetle.
Right family, wrong genus:-) This beetle does not have the hefty, swollen hind femora of a flea beetle, so it is likely to be in a different subfamily.
