Treehopper - Vestistilus ancora

Treehopper - Vestistilus ancora
West of Benson, Cochise County, Arizona, USA
November 1, 2008
Size: Maybe 1/2 inch
Sighted in the Desert Broom on our property.
It looks to me like it is a Thorn Bug, but I was unable to find an exact match.
We do have lots of Ocotillo on our property as well.

Moved
Moved from Ceresa.

Ceresa ancora
... judging by the very long "horns"; but you would have to see it from above to be sure (the "horns" diverge so strongly that they actually extend in front of the pronotum, almost making a Y figure).

Do you have any more shots of this insect?

Same species?
I think I found another one: http://bugguide.net/node/view/329769

No More Shots...
I don't have other shots as it was deep in the bush. This was the only angle I could get.
