This is a little odd to me.
I suspect these are images of Copidosoma females. But in the image of the single wasp, the antennal segments are clearly very long and thin. This may well be the same individual that is on the right in the image of 2 wasps. But in that second image, the wasp on the left apparently has antennal segments much shorter and somewhat wider that the other one. Both appear to be females, so although sexual dimorphism can be quite marked in some encyrtid species, that is not the case here. So, the chance of these being 2 different species cannot be disregarded, although otherwise their general habitus certainly are similar to each other.

These are probably different individuals
On this day I was seeing lots of these on the side of the tree. These two images were taken about 10 minutes apart, but I think the perspective on the image of the two wasps has destorted the antennae. One of the distinguishing features I was seeing were the long, thin attennae with long scapes. I had also tentatively ID'ed these as Copidosoma sp.
