Atractotomus rubidus (Uhler), male
Moved from Plant Bugs. Voucher specimen, thanks Tom.

As a note, Atractotomus atricolor (Knight) is very similar to this species, but is generally darker than A. rubidus, at least in eastern NA. Structure of the male vesica is important in distinguishing between these two species.
