Triepeolus martini {Apidae) in Colorado Springs. - Triepeolus martini - Female
Colorado Springs, Deerfield Hills (N38° 47.041' , W104° 44.930'), El Paso County, Colorado, USA
July 4, 2005
Size: L = 12 mm
This cuckoo bee was found on Salvia superba nemorosa in my garden. Black-white; black legs. Triepeolus are cuckoo bees mostly on Melissodes bees.

So which is it?
So which is it: Doeringiella or Triepeolus?? I'd go with the latter, but I've never seen the former.

Doeringiella (Triepeolus)
Triepeolus, subgenus of Doeringiella. Newer postings seem to prefer Triepeolus again.
