The eyeless Catopocerus beetles (Leiodidae) of eastern North America

This is the only taxonomic treatment of Catopocerus beetles. Three are described as new, and a key to the five species known at the time is provided.
Note that Catopocerus ulkei Brown is now a synonym of Catopocerus politus Motschulksy.
