From what I can see it looks very much like the Tulip-tree Beauty (Epimecis hortaria) maybe.

sometimes it is so hard with these partial shots. There was one I remember where it was just a close-up of an eye and the person wanted to know what the bug was. Like solving a jig-saw puzzle from one piece.
