Not an expert -
but I think this one (and some of the others) belong in Ichneumonoidea? Hopefully Eric or another wasp expert will stop by! :)

 
Ken,
I think you're right, but I was hoping one of the wasp guys would chime in. Some interesting wasps were showing up at the light in the last warm spell, including a few species of Proctos, and Chalcids.
