Parasitic wasp ID

Parasitic wasp ID
Saint Hedwig , Bexar County, Texas, USA
August 30, 2024
Size: 4mm?
In the texas hill country. Old farmland. New construction. Have found a few of these over the past year. After a heavy rain I found one on my window sill. This one was found early morning on a glue board in my kitchen near the stove and a cabinet void. Cabinet void has been dusted with insecticide and treated for unrelated issues. Iridescent wings. No visible stinger on the two most recent. Would like to know what type of parasitic wasp in case it is indicating another pest problem.
