Interesting, Maybe Okanagana genus
I say this because of the narrow head. Maybe Okanagana synodica. Seems similar to this one
here.
Hopefully someone else may be able to give confirmation.

o. synodica
Comparing it to this other
live specimen
, it looks to be an even better match. I've got additional angles and partial underside views of mine
starting here
.

Okanagana synodica
This is the most bodly marked member of its genus. You can see a watercolor of this insect on my website, http://www.canacoll.org/Hemip/Staff/Hamilton/Hamilton.htm

Unusually Heavy emergence
I just received an email indicating that O. synodica is emerging quite heavily in Southern Alberta Canada, it would be interesting Scott to see if these are emerging heavily in Colorado.
It has been reported that some Okanagana species of cicadas are known to be "Proto-periodical" with heavy emergences every 9 years and with smaller emergences yearly.

Nice images
The other images I saw of this specimen show that it is feeding. Also looks to be a female.
