I have a windowsill that gets
I have a windowsill that gets a lot of these in the winter. The markings on the wings vary a bit. Either that, or I'm getting multiple species infiltrating the house. Here's a link to one I photographed a few days ago.

Not an expert
but my first impression was Psyllid. $0.02
