Isotoma delta
Feeding on fungus, algae or biofilm in general.

They must have tiny mouthparts
Thanks

Indeed...
Collembola have tiny internal mouthparts. The mouthparts are located in a kind of conical pouch and are exserted from the apical opening of that pouch. The mouthparts of Collembola are highly specialised, and in the groundplan adapted for 'suspension-feeding'. That is, adapted to ingest jelly liquids containing lots of tiny food particles, such as bacteria, protozoa, algae, etc.
