Millipede - Orthoporus texicolens November 16, 2008
I learned that telling the gender of a millipede can be fairly easy, if you can get them to stay still long enough. Males often have missing legs on the seventh body ring where their gonopods are located. Unfortunately, this millipede looks to actually be missing legs.....since this order's gonopods are actually found on the anterior.
