This
appears to be
Heterobostrychus aequalis (Waterhouse), an Asian bostrichid established in the southern half of Florida. It is very similar to some species of
Amphicerus but lacks the grooves on the antennal club (not visible in this photo) which are present in
Amphicerus species. Additionally,
H. aequalis is apparently glabrous, while
A. bicaudatus (which this would have to be if it were an
Amphicerus) is conspicuously pubescent.
