Not Amphicerus

This appears to be Heterobostrychus aequalis (Waterhouse), an Asian bostrichid established in the southern half of Florida. It is very similar to some species of Amphicerus but lacks the grooves on the antennal club (not visible in this photo) which are present in Amphicerus species. Additionally, H. aequalis is apparently glabrous, while A. bicaudatus (which this would have to be if it were an Amphicerus) is conspicuously pubescent.

i would like to take this opportunity...
...to point out a probable Pocadius misidentification made by myself and still not resolved despite my repeated attempts to have it expert-audited :-/
(i mention this here only because i hope Dr Thomas will notice, and he's the right authority to review the issue)

All the "Pocadius"
pictured on the link above are members of the genus Stelidota.

thanks!
