I think this is Spilomyia lit
I think this is Spilomyia liturata ... male.
There is a slight gap in the yellow rim of the scutellum and interrupta has the gap between markings on tergite 2,3 and 4 much more distinct and interrupta tends to be very much a west coast species. I have sent it to Dr. Martin Hauser for his opinion.

It is a very small interrupti
It is a very small interruption, smaller than most I have seen inn the species so far, but it also fits the distribution, not many similar species in NM.
