cicada - Okanagana

Size: approx 1 inch or less
This little fellow landed on a piece of cross-fencing wire and promptly tried to feed on it. Any help in identifying this little misdirected chap would be greatly appreciated. I'm guessing Okanagana bella or occidentalis.

Okanagana.
I think it pretty much 'has' to be that genus, so moving there for now. Great shot, but the angle may not be much help in generating an ID....
