Could be...
I can't see anything that would rule out
prudentalis
, but a close examination of the genitalia of a male imago would be conclusive. This seems like a good match for your female subimago placed in that species. We had previously guessed that these might be making their way to your house from the Nashua. All of the
Eurylophella
nymphs that you collected from there were identified by DSC as
prudentalis
. Some guesswork, to be sure, but it seems reasonable to me.

Missing a "tail"
Looks like a male
Eurylophella
subimago. Orange eyes, brown body, yellowish legs, dark wings, and banded tails are pretty typical of most
Eurylophella
"duns," but the long 9th abdominal segment is probably the easiest way to separate these from other Ephemerellidae.
